Design

Our Design Team has many years experience in all aspects of garden and landscape design covering every style of garden from traditional to modern/ contemporary.  Each garden is uniquely designed to suit our Client's personality, lifestyle and budget.

Creating a detailed design will provide an impression of how the garden will look and allow for accurate costing of materials, plants and labour.

The design process

• Consultation - The design process begins with a site visit to assess the garden and discuss the Clients’ requirements, what the garden will be used for and the overall budget.
• Site survey -  We will undertake a site survey to establish an accurate record of the garden area, existing features, plants, trees and ground levels.
• Detailed design - A detailed design will be produced showing plan, elevation and perspective views and incorporating the information gathered from the consultation. Each design is accurately scaled and will include all relevant details relating to construction and costing. Plans are submitted in black and white, in A2 format.
• Planting plans - We will prepare a planting plan identifying the plant species and varieties, location and quantity. We will also produce a plant schedule for pricing with our wholesale suppliers.
